By securing a ticket, you agree to the following:
Tickets
* Tickets are valid only for the date and screening stated.
Arrival
* Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the advertised start time.
* Late arrivals may be admitted at an appropriate point during the screening at the discretion of venue staff.
Seating
* Seating is unallocated and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Food & Drink
* A food and drinks are available to purchase separately.
* No external food or drink may be brought into the venue.
Age Restrictions
* Guests should ensure the film's classification is suitable for all members of their party.
* Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations & Refunds
* Tickets are non-transferable except in the event that No Place Like Home cancels the screening.
* If a screening is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to a future screening where applicable.
Venue Conduct
* We ask all guests to be respectful of fellow attendees and venue staff.
* No Place Like Home reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive or compromises the enjoyment or safety of others.
Licensing
* Alcohol will be served in accordance with the premises licence and a Challenge 25 policy is in place.
